How to book
When booking your Black Friday tickets, you’ll be asked to choose a date. The offer is valid on tickets from 18th November 2025 until 13th February 2026 (exclusions apply, see T&Cs below). Please note that tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date once booked. Offer is subject to availability. If your chosen date is not available, this means it has sold out.
£12.50 standard admission tickets are available for £12.50 when booked between 18th November - 4th December. Please note your date and time must be selected at time of booking. Visits can take place between 18th November 2025 and 13th February 2026, excluding selected dates. Limited availability of tickets per day, so if your chosen date is not showing as available, this means the day has already sold out. Tickets are non-refundable once booked.
