Important Information:
PLEASE NOTE: Our Chocolate Making zone (including the liquid chocolate servery) and part of Advertising Avenue (including the gorilla set) are temporarily closed until December 9th, 2024, whilst we make improvements to our attraction. The Cadbury World Shop has also moved to a temporary location by the African Adventure Play Area.
In the meantime, there are still plenty of chocolatey zones to enjoy, including our Have A Go zone, the Bournville Experience, 4D Chocolate Adventure, and our brand new Cadbury Chocolate Quest ride. You will also still be able to learn all about how chocolate is made, discover the history of the Cadbury family, and meet the iconic Cadbury characters. Find out more here.

Pre-book Tickets to Cadbury WorldWHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT CADBURY WORLD?
Cadbury World is a self-guided tour where you’ll discover the history, the making and the magic of Cadbury confectionery as you journey through an assortment of chocolatey zones.
To make sure that you have time to enjoy all of our chocolatey zones, please allow at least two hours for your visit. Eight of our zones including the brand new Cadbury Chocolate Quest ride, plus the Cadbury World Shop and Café, are accessed through our main reception area and the time that is shown on your ticket is the time to visit this area. The 4D Chocolate Adventure, the newly revamped Bournville Experience and the newly themed Have A Go zone are all located to the rear of the building next to the African Adventure Play Area. These attractions can be enjoyed either before or after your timed entry to the main attraction.
It’s very important that you enter the main attraction at the time you have booked which is shown on your ticket. If you arrive late, we unfortunately may not be able to admit you if ticket slots are sold out which is often the case at weekends and during school holidays.
Booking at 1.30pm or later on a weekday during term-time? Arrive at least 45 minutes before to enjoy the 4D Chocolate Adventure, the Bournville Experience, the Have A Go zone and the African Adventure play area before you enter the self-guided tour of the main attraction e.g. if you are booking 1.30pm, please arrive by 12.45pm.
